The talent show judges were stunned by the little boy’s performance – and he’s not even in school yet
One of the world’s youngest DJs has been given chance to perform in front of his biggest audience yet – when he appeared on South Africa’s Got Talent.
The three year old, (yes, you did read that right), took to the decks alongside his father, who was on hand to provide emotional support.
But it turns out the talented child didn’t need any help from dad as he wowed the audience with his mixes.
Wearing a huge read puffer jacket and a pair of headphones, DJ Arch Jnr had the talent show judges – and the rest of the audience – on their feet after his performance.
And it seems he got his just reward, as he was put straight through to the semi-finals by DJ Fresh, one of the South Africa’s Got Talent judges, who used his ‘golden buzzer’ to keep the child in the competition.
But this is not the first time we’ve heard the tiny South African tot’s name.
The record-spinning toddler has already been enrolled on DJ courses – despite his age – and apparently takes after his dad Glen Hlongwane when it comes to mixing tunes.
Glen, from Johannesburg, told The Guardian: “It’s not like he’s a kid messing around on the equipment. He knows what he’s doing and has got timing.
“I know adults who are struggling to do what he’s doing. He’s a natural. The only thing he’s got to get right is beat matching.”
